Singer directed the first X-Men back in 2000 as well as X2, X-Men: Days of Future Past and X-Men: Apocalypse.

For both First Class and Days of Future Past, the younger Xavier had a full head of hair before eventually going bald in X-Men: Apocalypse. Whilst discussing going bald for the first time in Apocalypse on The Empire Film Podcast, McAvoy revealed the odd news that Singer has kept some his hair.

“I do know that Bryan Singer apparently kept my hair and has it in his personal safe at home. Which is slightly terrifying. [Why?] I don’t know. I have no idea.”

The newest installment in the X-Men franchise, Dark Phoenix, is in cinemas now and will likely be the last outing for the current group of heroes.
